How Thrive Creative Was Born

Once upon a time, there were two very talented design folk, Beth and Mike, who toiled and toiled for big companies, agencies and graphic design firms. Beth and Mike were good little designers, coloring within the lines and burning the midnight oil to meet big, ugly deadlines for clients of all shapes and sizes.

One day, the two happened to meet at an agency on Lake Michigan while frantically running the hallways to meet yet another deadline. They were drawn to each other by their mutual love of basket weaving and running with scissors. They played well with others and designed grand projects, but something was missing.

After much thought and a few glasses of well-aged wine, they figured out what was needed – a little creative freedom. A dash of independence. A palette of their own design? Dare we say – an environment of their own creation in which they could THRIVE?
